This course is designed for operators of water and wastewater systems seeking to pass certification exams. The course will present tips for taking objective multiple choice test such as water treatment, distribution and wastewater treatment exams. The course will review the causes of test anxiety and tips for minimizing this anxiety. The course will include a practice exam to complete in class so you can implement the tips learned and test your knowledge of the material. Finally, the class will review the test and help you determine the areas on which to focus your study.
Please note this course can not be used for license renewal for Connecticut Water Treatment or Distribution Operators.
