The Atlantic States Rural Water & Wastewater Association (ASRWWA) is a private non-profit organization that represents water and wastewater systems across Connecticut and Rhode Island, through training, technical assistance and advocacy. The Association is run by and for rural systems.

Our program includes training classes for system personnel and administrators on federal and state rules, system operation and maintenance, and finance. The Association provides you with an information network that keeps you in touch with your neighbor’s system, regulatory agencies and gives you an effective voice in matters that concern you.

ASRWWA also provides on site technical assistance for leak detection, process control, compliance, sourcewater and groundwater protection.

In short, the Association is here for and with you on anything from operator certification to securing a grant. Contact us today! We may not have all of the answers; but we usually know where to find them.
